think it's : hit Ctrl-A to select all tracks, turn on 'snap to grid' and choose 1/1.
then in timeline bar on top project with mouse select the measures you want to delete (by dragging in the timeline bar).
this select all you want to delete.
then hit 'delete' on keyboard.
(then select in timebar all you need to slide back, click on 1 clip to drag them back...)

good luck

I didn't see above anywhere that your song was recorded with a metronome or not. That of course would make a huge difference. Are there tempo changes? If it was recorded with a metronome and there are no tempo changes, then what I also do as a double check before moving copying is:
..select the audio--say your kick for example that you want to move.
..in the inspector under track (choices are track/clip/prochan) jot down the location where the kick begins. You might want to toggle back and forth between clip and track so that it refreshes to make sure you are dealing with the right clip.
..move the tracks to desired location and check if the kick is in the same position in the measure, but of course different measure.
