  • Lost email and password - how do I get in touch with Cakewalk to access account?

Hi,
 
I accidentally deleted my email account and cannot recreate it and cannot remember my Cakewalk password.
 
The only method of resetting my password is to have a new one sent to my email address (which doesn't exist).
 
All the methods of contacting Cakewalk support require a product serial number - which I can only get by logging in to my Cakewalk account (all my purchases have been online).
 
How can I contact Cakewalk to register my new email address? Is there anywhere I can phone in the UK?

When Sonar is open there is a screen with the version number and serial number - it's probably in the last of the top line menus. That'll get you started.

ring up roland UK ,they helped me a few weeks back or  I'll PM you the email address of a person who helped me.
 
just give em your current email , and the old one etc. if you recall it.. they can probably get the info from your address etc.
