Yup...it's due to a 64bit dll problem.  Use the registry fix above and/or search for my thread regarding this.

I have the new sonar Platinum  but I  can't get working stutter edit.  I foloow the instructions  but in the miditrack  i can't find   stutter edit for the output!!! ad I think that's the reason of not working.
Of course I make stutter as a synth and so. Please help me

Do not use instructions for versions prior to SONAR X3. Undo, setting the plug-in as a synth. Stutter Edit should be configured as an effect.
  • Create a new project
  • Add an audio track with some audio data
  • Add Stutter Edit to the FX Bin or ProChannel of the audio track
  • In the Stutter Edit plug-in header select "Enable MIDI Input" from the VST2/3 drop down
  • Add a MIDI track, set the input to your MIDI controller, set the output to Stutter Edit, set input echo on
  • Start the transport and play some notes on your controller.
I would recommend creating new threads rather than bumping old ones.
