For whatever the worth, I use Chrome to download files, as it has its own download manager, and I have never had issues with integrity.

What are you using to attempt the downloads?

Also, make sure you are running the Setup as "Administrator"...

The package has problems when not being run as "Admin"

Right click on the installer and click "Run as Administrator"

Looks like part1 was only 1,680 or something not 1.9 gig. Im redownloading now.

To download large files i use Free Download Manager - its not failed me yet !
