In Sonar X2 Power (pg.80), it says that you can reveal the Tool HUD by clicking your middle mouse button while your mouse is in the editing area of any view.  After I recorded a clip and tried this, a window came up instead showing where I could select between toggling between X2 and my Desktop.  Why is this appearing instead of the Tool HUD?
If I do the keyboard shortcut (T), it works, but I prefer a faster workflow by using the mouse method.
Any remedy to this problem?

The middle mouse button brings up the tool HUD fine on my system. It sounds like you have a Windows mouse setting which overrides Sonar. Do you have software installed for your mouse, e.g. the fancy Logitech drivers which come with its own settings app? It's usually accessible from the mouse settings in the control panel, and there should be an option to assign the middle mouse button. Have a look in there.

Thanks for your help.  Tool HUD is appearing as it should.
Somehow the mouse had reverted back to the default setting for that middle button.
