So is there anything you can share about your time with the Mercury Library?
It's fantastic. I'm absolutely in love with it and it's become my goto piano even though I don't yet have the final NI encoded version. What I love about the Mercury is the character it has. We all know that you can have ten versions of an instrument and you still gravitate towards using one of them since it has that thing you like. The Mercury has that in the tone.
It has a nice amount of controls over the noises etc included in playing a real piano. Nothing like Imperfect Samples which seem to be more about the noises, but the releases of pedals etc can be controlled nicely.
The Metropolis Plate reverbs are good (though I do use Eventide's Blackhole on all of my piano tracks) and you can get very subtle and intimate or huge AF with them.
Overall it's a really well balanced piano with great character and it's fully capable of conjuring soft cinematic moods, grandiose classical passages or hard hitting rock anthems. :)
Edit: Do remember to take my words with a grain of salt as I am somewhat connected to Wavesfactory. :)
