I am belatedly installing Sonar X2 and looking forward to it:)
 
I have completed Parts 02 (Sonar Producer X2) & 03 (Loops and One Shots) and please note I already have Dimension Pro 1.5 from a previous installation.
 
I am at the 04_Dimension Pro Expansion Packs step. I extracted this folder to reveal an application for "Expansion Packs 1-3". I see in my directory  C/ProgFiles/Cakewalk/DimPro/Program folder I have Expansion Packs 1 & 2 already installed.
 
I clicked on the application to see if I could get the Expansion Pack 3 but it gave me a prompt indicating it would install Dim Pro so I exited.
 
My Q: How do / can I get just Expansion Pack 3. I don't (apparently ) need 1 or 2 nor do I need Dim Pro 1.5.

AFAIK, the DimPro Expansion packs are now only delivered as one big installer. The Expansion Pack installer does not install DimPro, it will re-install the first two expansion packs. So if you made changes to the original expansion packs, you may want to move the program and multisample directories for those two packs out of the way when running the Expansion Pack installer.

That is good to know because the installer stated it would install Dimension Pro but one would think it is as you say because the "next" installer is Dim Pro 1.5 Setup.exe.
 
All right and thanks much, I will install it now and continue on. And thanks for the install caveat regarding the overwrite and moving folders, that is a good catch!
 
PS the X2 interface is exciting me, I can't wait to get on with the recording :)

Just make sure that you are running the DimPro Expansion Pack installer (the one in the 04_Dimension_Pro_1.5_Expansion_Packs.zip) and not 04_Dimension_Pro_1_5_Setup.exe but it sounded like you already figured that out in your original post.
