I wish it would have mentioned in the sell module for Sonar X2 Advanced Workshop, that the 5 hours of videos are jammed together onto one video with no menu or index.  Good luck finding the information you need, I feel like I wasted $7.99.

If you open the video using QuickTime you'll be able to select the chapters in the lower right corner.

Yes, there are several video players that handle chapters and there is a pdf table of contents provided by the author (forum user FastBikerBoy) in his .sig which breaks down the subjects by the time they start in the video.

The subject matter and coverage of info contained is invaluable. It was a bargain at its original price, so the present discount makes it a no brainer. It's well worth the time to view it.

I use the free VLC Media Player.  Many great features, and in the Playback Menu you can select chapters.  You'll feel much better.  Great video, btw.

I don't have a problem with the 5 hours of useful video, but I have to agree that it needs better chapter-based formatting. I don't recommend using iTunes (should be called, iTombs)
