I used to be able to tilt my middle mouse wheel to scroll horizontally in the TV or PRV in Sonar. But all of a sudden it stopped working. Horizontal scrolling is enabled for my mouse and it works in other apps i.e. Excel, Chrome etc. Is there a setting? Couldn't find one. 

last time this happen to me it was an update from Logitech.
I downloaded it and it was fine.
 
id go to your mouse's website and look for an update or reinstall the drivers.
my mouse's software also has an app for application association.
 
 

It also happened to me  ,,,,,,, It turns out , I whore out my mouse wheel ,,,,, Got a new one everything works again

Hmm I will do that...funny how it worked before though, and I didn't have to set application associations.

A guitar playing guy I know has Sonar too, and it drives me crazy that for some reason on his computer, the wheel does not scroll vertically, but only when in the Inspector Pane, trying to scroll while viewing track channel strips, to get the FX Bin and PC into view.
 
Maybe he hit some key combo or something?
