have you changed any paths to plug ins?
have you uninstalled any plug ins?
these are possible issues x2 will have trying to open x1 projects.
remember when opening the projects in x2 rename them right away so sonar see's it as a whole new project and not an old one its trying to pen every time.
this also preservers you original.
and don't forget to install the X2A Patch
