Nope it's a Dell built system. And I have run a Alienware full stress test and everything passes apart from network which is only that wireless & Bluetooth weren't connected.
It's looking more and more like some sort of cooling issue, I actually found once that the back of the rear fan was too hot to touch yet the internal fans were idling.
Also had a power on issue as it appears the supplied power unit can't take a full load from a cold start, but have now a workaround for that problem.
