Try this tip I learned from Doyle Donahoo...regardless of how many tracks you have in PRV, deselect the one you want to edit and then hit v...that will be the only track visible/editable.

I think a feature request is about the best way to go for now. I tried to group all the lock buttons together in several ways and couldn't do it. It would be a good idea to have the ability to be able to group these buttons in the PRV Track Pane.

It's not anything special, perhaps we're suffering from a terminology difficulty?
I simply mean one of my docked PRV tabs has all the other relevant tracks visible.

I'll have separate tabs for:
Bass
Cello
Viola
1st violins
2nd violins
Tab 6 will have all the other tracks prv data visible "stacked" together.
 

IOW, several tracks in one PRV window with the tracks listed in the Right Pane. That's simple enough.

I think Bristol Jonesey is saying he has the prv windows of the separate instruments open in the multidock, and then 1 prv with all of the instruments on it.

I like this method. You can view the multiple parts in one window, then click on an individual parts tab in the multidock to view it on its own and edit it. Simple and effective.
