For a while now Sonar has been frequently refusing to save my multidock tabs in a project. It has the first three or so saved, but any that I add after that won't be there when I open the project again. I'm trying to keep Vonexgo SPAN on there and no matter how many times I put it up there and save the project, it won't take. 
 
Also, Sonar yesterday stopped saving details of my most recently opened project. It's not showing in the Quick Start drop down....it always shows the one I opened before that. 
 
Ring any bells with anyone? 

Regarding your first problem, it sounds like you're adding items to the multidock under a locked sreenset.
 
Try unlocking it, make your changes, then lock the screenset & save the project.
 
The only time I remember not having details of recently opened projects is after a crash.
