Every now and then I will press the wrong key and all of my tracks will disappear into thin air except the one that's in focus. I don't know if they're deleted or (more likely) just hidden, but it freaks me out enough to close the project and load it again. Anyone have an idea what I'm doing?

Maybe... Show Only Selected Track CTRL+SHIFT+H ??
 
In which case you can just ALT+Z to view undo or press H for the Track Manager.

Are the missing tracks indicated as "Hidden" in Track Manager?
 
I sometimes get tracks disappearing on me. It's normally just 2 or 3 consecutive tracks that go missing. They are never marked as "Hidden" in Track Manager though. Restarting Sonar puts everything back to normal.
