I was wondering if anybody knew how to synch the echo. When i record my echo has a delay in it. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!!

Echo is supposed to have a delay.
Some more info is needed.
Which echo are you using?
Audio or MIDI?
What sound card/audio interface are you using?

No for recording...I guess i shouldnt of said echo even though its labeled as echo lol. Im talking about hearing my voice through my head set when im talking in the microphone!

That's the input echo you're talking about, I assume.
You must have  sound card settings correctly in order to hear the signal without disturbing latency, and you need to use drivers that fit your soundcard.
 
If there are ASIO drivers for your sound card, use them (the latest version). ASIO4ALL is not real ASIO, but in case you're using the integrated sound chip ( which is usually crap for DAW work) it might help you. The integrated chips don't usually support real ASIO, but work decently with ASIO4ALL.
 
Then set the latency low enough. A latency of less than 10 ms is OK. 12 ms can still be quite usable.
