Thanks for the replies.
Yes, it was a free plugin. Its called "CS-12M Master Channel Strip 1.67" by Terry West Productions. It looks pretty cool and I did have it running on another application and it sounded great.

If you want to continue to use 32bit plug-ins, the best solution is to install a 32bit host. The 32bit versions of SONAR can be installed without affecting the 64bit versions.
