  • Having trouble getting a reply from Cakewalk

Hi
I have purchased some Instrument packs at £14 and I have a duplicate and need a refund .
 
I also paid for Old world Instruments and It shows paid In my Pay Pal account ,but Is still stuck In my Basket on MY ACCOUNT
I have yet not received my download for that .
 
I have sent In Pdf files showing payments for the duplicate Orchestra's and Old World Instruments
I have replied to Dan Gonzales without changing the e-mail titles,but still no reply after 7 days
I would appreciate a quicker response.
I may purchase more packs when I get this sorted!!

Ps I did not know which section to put this In ,so I put It In my Sonar X2 producer section!!!!
Has anyone else had to wait a lifetime for a reply???

I can see that Dan forwarded your case to our Customer Service Manager and is awaiting further info.
 
Unfortunately, there's a ton of red tape we have to go through with refunds associated with Paypal. The whole process is a much of a headache for us as it is for customers. I'll follow up with Dan and our Customer Service Manager right now to see if they can get you some more info.

It would have been nice to get a reply to explain the situation.

If you see the duplicate which Is on the PDF file
cross It off and I could choose another pack for same price.
 
All I need Is the download to Old World Instruments as I have already paid for It. It Is still stuck In MY Account basket for some reason.
That would save you going through Pay pal.
Problem solved
