Cake TV has a bunch of X2 specific videos. Groove3 is running a special on their annual all access pass for $100. That should cover both X2 and X3 when it comes out, in addition to the rest of their video library.

I don't see any reason why a video created for X2 would be any kind of major different, in terms of applying its concepts in an X3 Sonar environment.
 
Plus, you know they will be working on X4 right after X3, so why not wait forever? (just to be on the safe side)
 
The point is the same with computer hardware, buy a computer now and tomorrow a newer one comes out.  It doesn't mean that anything is wrong with the one you just bought.

I still watch 8.5 videos. There's great stuff in years worth of videos that is still useful. The old videos don't become obsolete... In fact, I would even say none of the videos I've purchased are obsolete. They all contain great tricks.
