  • No Registration code for D Pro and Rapture....

Hi all,
 
I registered my Dimension Pro and rapture with cakewalk and everything went ok but came up with a message saying..
Your product has been registered successfully, but an email was not able to be delivered, please contact support...
 
I have phoned but never get answered. The email system does not work either, it always says "sorry your email could not be sent, contact support" ...WTF
This is my primary email address and it works fine..
 
I purchased this through another web store so i have no purchase history with Cakewalk, meaning i cant login to get me reg code...
 
What a Fu**$$ shambles. Run by cowboys
 
I need my registration code..... can any one help.....

I have a similar issue I have both the serial number and the registration code but when I go to use rapture it pops us that I need to register but I can't cut and paste the serial number in and neither can I type it in?  What is going on any ideas?

to register the synth try running the standalone version as adminitrator

I had the same problem and had to manually enter them into the Windows registry.

I would think a phone call to support would be the best solution.
 
In the absence of that, searching Google for prior threads might shed light light on a solution.  I would suggest typing the following in the address bar of a browser tab:
 
site:cakewalk.com forum dim pro registration 
 
The above would return a broad list, but you could add additional terms to narrow it down.
 
In the absence of the above, perhaps you could uninstall Dim Pro and make sure to wipe out the Registry key entries for it.  That way you could install it again and make sure to run the install as administrator.  Hopefully this would resolve your issues with it.
 
But again, I would start with calling tech support on Monday.  They are available at 1:00 EST, if memory serves.
 
In the above, I would view similar issues with Rapture in the same manner,
