I would think a phone call to support would be the best solution.
In the absence of that, searching Google for prior threads might shed light light on a solution. I would suggest typing the following in the address bar of a browser tab:
site:cakewalk.com forum dim pro registration
The above would return a broad list, but you could add additional terms to narrow it down.
In the absence of the above, perhaps you could uninstall Dim Pro and make sure to wipe out the Registry key entries for it. That way you could install it again and make sure to run the install as administrator. Hopefully this would resolve your issues with it.
But again, I would start with calling tech support on Monday. They are available at 1:00 EST, if memory serves.
