  • How do I follow up on bug fix?

I submitted a request for bug fix back in January 2013, and it got logged, so how do I (or do I) follow up on the progress? I showed the bug to Seth at NAMM and he agreed that it should be considered, and I got an email from CW to that affect, but I've been in the dark ever since.

Should I be doing something to follow up, inquire, or light a fire? This concerns Sonar X2 Producer, and the ability to
delete a hole and shift-left in an audio track.

THanks for any reaction!

Why not give them a quick call?  Also, if your bug was with X2, you may consider applying X2a, which fixed more than 250 bugs.

According to my notes, the X2a patch came out on 12/21/2012, and I applied it, then afterwards, that's precisely when the bug appeared.

Its my opinion that X2a *introduced* the bug, not solved it.

I thought there was a a forum for bug reporting, but I don't see it in this new interface...?

What's the status for the ticket you submitted? (Did you send it through Problem Reporter?)
