Good to hear chatter from the CW crew as of late!
 Wish you guys were more active here, and that the hierarchy gave you the go head to clam the forums down .  
 Freddy has many Valid issues , some are the reasons why i just dropped $500 for another Daw. If I heard some chatter about Cw plans i would of waited , BUT I have no Idea if X3 is on the way in month a year , no clue . I feel the same way as others do.
 What is going on? 
Freddy should of be banned along time ago for abusing the font size ! 
 If his post was in breach of CW's TOS , You should erase it and warn him by email. My mind is conjuring up ideas of why you  made it public and nothing positive is coming to mind. :(  
 

Because us Cakewalk staff shouldn't feel like we have to hide in the shadows to prevent people from abusing their privileges. I've liked Freddie all along, but people need to know this forum is not a posting board for telling everyone to go to your favorite other program. This isn't a game for us, it's our livelihood and I think we've been extremely patient considering we allow this to happen all the time. In addition, I asked publically versus just deleting it because last time I edited someone's post (one that contained profanity in it) I had pages full of people mad at me for doing so.

Fair enough Ryan :) .. I agree with you .. I still would just erase anything that hurt your business its CW's forum.  
 Still he should be banned for abusing the font Size :)  
 Maybe make a sticky about TOS and in force it. You right its your pockets and its real life.

While I have many complaints and opinions re:Sonar choices, I've been around here for a long time and feel this is a place in support of Cakewalk products and Users... Nothing wrong in mentioning choices and differences, but there's a limit to what is "polite"

Freddie has always had some good points to make, but sometimes a bit over zealous so I'm glad that you found a way to gently advise him and let the community know first hand...

i agree with Ryan, i was part of that profanity laced thread (no i wasn't the one using the profanity)
but i think you did the right thing in that thread yet a lot of users asked "why'd you do that" ??
almost a no win situation.

Sharke, I feel for you. I had the exact same problem as you. GR effects would be zeroed whatever I did whenever I re-opened the project. That was back with X1. The problem just seemed to go away. After upgrading to X2, Ive never had the issue and I use GR on every song. If it works on mine, but not on yours, there must be a reason. If you want to check any settings with me go ahead, I really want this solved for you without quitting the DAW itself ...

Freddie, please read our TOS. If your new role here is solely to sway people to jumping ship, I'm going to have to ask you to please stop participating. People have been reporting posts like this because they don't want them to be a part of the community. This is supposed to be a place for us to help one another, not constantly badger people to switch to different products. You're welcome to your opinion, but if your role here is simply telling people to buy competitors products we're going to be forced to lock your account. This IS spam.

I can guarantee you all here that that will never ever happen again. My attention is take part "positive" in this forum not Spamming.

I feel also really sad to see some of you have so much "hate" about me being here? Sending "hate" replies is against TOS too, is n it? 
I though I was accepted and appreciated member of this forum?  All the time I have spend and all other positive things I have help other members with, share tips with SONAR, with all you members thru the years, and now other members sending more less "hate" back?

I have no problem with Ryan!
He is a good guy and he is right to address me and remind me about TOS- Note: my attentions was NOT to SPAM. My post just come out totally wrong.
As already said it will never ever happen again. I will never ever criticize SONAR or Cakewalk or talk about any other 3part Software in this FORUM any more.
 
I will only share positive post about SONAR from here on...
