Hi both. Although I authored the video and content it's not actually "mine" as such, therefore marketing, and the pdf on the sell page are beyond my control. I'm more than happy to help and provide support where I can but some aspects of marketing etc. are out of my hands.

I've watched all the videos Sonar has sold since about 2006. I'd have to say I learned a few new tricks from this one too. And it was cool having one just dedicated to FX. I try to go back and watch them again later too. After different amounts of experience I pick up different things from the videos. I watch them on high speed usually until I get to a section that interests me. Totally worth the price IMHO.

id like to think I have a very good understanding of most plug ins that ship with sonar but there was a lot of things in the advanced workshop that I'd never seen before.
the analyzer, transient shapper, and the sonitus plug in bundles being some of my favorites.
 
video is def not just for noobs, even advanced users take something home from it.
