Video Driver - Update or not?

NVIDIA is telling me there's a new GeForce device driver 320.49 is available, currently on 311.06. Should I go for it or leave things alone?

I'm not experienced with NVIDIA but I would never have any hesitation before updating a graphics driver.

always create a restore point first.
