I just upgraded from X1 producer to X2 producer after somewhat of a hiatus.  However, I get no audio output (or midi output) through my UA-25 EX when running X2, although it works fine in X1.  I've checked my audio out and midi out settings and they're configured to the device.  I've checked that the master output is properly channeled to it as well.  I tried one of my own files, and one of the tutorial files.  Same results.  Obviously there's something simple here that I've missed, but I'm just not seeing it.

Ok, fixed... uninstalled and then reinstalled the hardware driver... seemed to somehow fix itself!!!  Who knew?

Wow - that worked out well for me.  I was just about to start looking at prior threads to see if I could help.
