1. This leads on to another consideration, It dosen't seem you can drag the song into a MIDI track in Sonar and play back it back exactly as one would using the internal sequencer. So one has to keep everything in RealRick song sequencer or record it as Audio.
 
2. Freezing does not work, one has to record the output of the VSTi, This is fine in platinum but I am not sure about earlier versions of Sonar.

 
1. This is where EZKeys and EZDrummer2 really shine. Wavelabs/RG could learn a thing or two from Toontrack.
 
2. When I encountered this I wondered if it was a SONAR or RG problem. Seems like a prime finger pointing contest.

Well the honeymoon is over. I just created a few of my own strum patterns its reasonably versatile what a pain. It really looks like song mode does not reconise 5/4 or meter changes - some one please prove me wrong !
 
That said it still useful and does sound pretty good through Amplitube's fender amps in particular. Just dont try to venture too far off the beaten track with the song mode.
