I got Lurssens with the bogo deal too, by purchasing an iloud, and find it simple with fantastic results. The iloud has simply blown me away too. For use at wedding ceremonies in gardens etc where there is no power, just great. The sound quality and volume is staggering considering the size of the thing, which takes, mike, guitar, Bluetooth. But I'm adding my thoughts because I want to give IK a massive rap. After 3 returns to the dealer, the iloud was eventually replaced due to a faulty battery or internal connection. Upon replacement, registering the new one gave me another credit under the bogo deal. I was in contact with IK direct about the iloud, and told them about the 'extra' in my account, as there is no way to remove the other registration. They more than kindly gave me the credit for my troubles. So, the initial purchase gave me 300 credits. Enough for the Lurssens and then some. The second iloud gave me another 300 gear credits. I used some jam points to purchase Sampletank 3. That gave me more points, plus ANOTHER 300 gear credit under bogo, which I used to purchase Miroslave Philmarmonik 2, Amplitube 4, and have enough points and gear credits to pick up some sample libraries.
This company amazes me with some of their deals and customer reward programs. A huge public thanks to IK for absolutely going above and beyond.
But back to the OP. It's great. No, it's not Ozone, it's something completely different. Even if you just wanted to leave it in the master mix bus while tracking and developing the mix to get things 'almost' there, it's worth it alone IMO. Great product. Next, I want to try Waves new parallel compression plug. Anything that works well and can save me time, I'm interested in.
