Wouldn't it be great if Bapu could have access to a "Reply All" button that allowed him to post the same thing to all 302602 (and counting) threads currently on the forum at once?

Yeah. I think that'd be pretty great.

This happens a couple times a year at work. Someone sends out a mass mailing to a large group of departments. Then the "Reply All"s start coming back..."I am no longer in that department", "Please remove me from the list", etc. Then others send "Reply All" messages to tell the others NOT to "Reply All". And on, and on. Takes a day or two to finally settle down.

We had one that went on for weeks! People returning from vacation would set it off again. I think there were around 600 emails before it died.

We all got an apology email from the WA gov DOR (Department of Revenue) for the email mess. Instead of blaming the guy who didn't read the dang thing, they threw an IT guy under the bus. Figures. HE didn't do anything wrong either!
