This album has the sound of a just-barely-in-control psychedelic studio jam session. Raw and immediate. Takes me back to the Fillmore in '68 and Fried Neckbones and Chunk A Funk.
I'm currently playing the CD through my studio kit. Loving the mix so far! And it hasn't been 'mastered' into tonal oblivion.
