Yes - sort of. In some cases, a clip is off by 1 beat, or 2 beats, or a half of a beat. It depends on the clip, and on the differences in meter-based clip placement differences between the 2 projects.

One giant PITA.

Changing the ruler display format to SMPTE allows me the placement I need for the clips.

I just change back and forth between pasting clips and setting time signatures and such.

I believe the above will work fine. Thanks to ALL for your assistance,
