Wookiee
A tune inspired by a small rill that ran by the cottage I stayed at in the Lake District a while back.

Pebble & Rill

Thanks for your ears.

Wookie, this is very therapeutic  music for the soul.  There's a huge market for songs like this, and this is an excellent example what doctors are looking for in extreme pain relief.  That being said, I like the point/counterpoint going on in this song.  Like a rill, it weaves its way downhill, following the path of least resistance.  Keep up the good work!

This was a very nice experience. Very asian and calm going imo. It would be nice if you made it last longer but it is good like this too. Mix sounded good.

Thanks Daryl glad I kept you interested, appreciate the ears and comment.

some dictionary out there in the inter web
rill is a shallow channel (no more than a few tens of centimetres deep) cut into soil by the erosive action of flowing water.

Hey, Wookster, was the asian feel I got from your song intentional? Also, am I the only one who got an asian feel out of this?

No you are not the only one Antti someone else in a different place made that observation, as to it being intentional if I am honest no.

Asian, check. Rill is a stream, maybe? It's very pleasant I think, kind of buoyant. Did you write this purely for the sake of personal expression? If so, good on ya!

If not, do you see a direction or a use for this? I'm curious what your intentions or market might be. Maybe a video game?

And, seriously, your Shetland Pony is eating something off of your synthesizer.   :)

cheers,
-Tom
