I'm running Sonar 8.5.3 and am looking for the Wave Profiler to bring in new ASIO drivers for the Soundscape MX4 card I want to stream to.
They are currently greyed out, but apparently registering, however there is no Wave Profiler button where the manual said it was supposed to be,
which is at the bottom of the page under OPTIONS-Audio-General.  THere's a space where it would fit nicely, but no Wave Profiler.  
Any reason for this?  BTW, it's also that way in Sonar X1.
 

The Wave profiler is not used with the ASIO driver mode. If you are already running in ASIO mode and have another device selected, you must deselect both the input and output of the other device before the Soundscape will be available. The ASIO specification requires that only one device is active at a time.
