I have read a few notes from people that had a problem like I have. Purchased Sonar Producer for the nice upgrade price of $99, however it does not show the serial number in my account, nor did I get a email with it, and it is not in my junk / spam folder. The only email I got was thanking me for the order and the order #.  Is this really typical? If any of you experienced the same, what was our solution?

IIRC, there is a validation procedure that upgrades go through. The process might take longer after normal business hours. You can follow up with Cakewalk customer service. The contact information is in the post How to contact Cakewalk Directly
