I think the comments at the end may be helpful.. companies love accepting surveys etc. *BUT* whether they bother to listen is a different matter... as a props customer also, they might as well not bother with a "features suggestion" bit of their forum.
each company has a different upgrade / EULA setup also , so that's tricky also. I'm getting fed up of companies generally just doing enough to part us from our money.. or that's how it seems at times.. I'm holding out more for grace period updates now as a result
