They probably use "store account" email log-in and I haven't
had that address in 15+yrs.

You know you can change your email log in on the cake site  to a current one.  That way you might get the emails.

Read the fine print under "Change Email"

I changed mine and I log in with the new email.  Seems to work okay..

No survey for me and I've had the same email address for years and even checked my spam trap :(

@spacey - I just tried it from my phone (which I've not done before) and it definitely accepts my new email as login.

Yes I took the survey also. Was pleased with the questions it asked and the response I was able to give. Well thought out.

I have before and did again just because you asked me to...I still have to use my original
email. It functions exactly as they have noted.
 
I can't help but wonder if you're talking about the forum log-in ?...I'm not. I'm talking about
ones "store account" log-in.
 
Appreciate you trying to help but we can't change how Cakewalk conducts business.

Yep filled it out: Color customization, UI customization, Muting and Track Lanes all got the highest rating for needing work. Yes I would recommend X2 to a friend.

Done and done.  I prioritized support for the VS 700 (and VS 100), automation & take lanes, notation and just get the known bugs  squashed.  I hope that this means Cake will follow our responses for X2b and X3.

Yes, it was. Too bad someone decided to change it from what the vendor intended to a public survey.
