Got a coupon in mail today from Guitar Center - 15% sale of $199 or more.....then is the list of  products it does not include: every single major manufacturer of audio equipment or instruments !!!    So should I look for 199 worth of toothpicks there???

Lol - funny !    Believe me I have spent a good deal of money in that  place...
 

I went wild about 15 years ago (mid-life crisis?).  I made an arrangement with a guy in the GC guitar area down in So. Cal. who wanted to move up: "Give me whatever I want for $2 over cost and I'll buy a lot from you."  He made manager and, since I hadn't been keeping track, I was shocked when he said I'd spent over $40k that year!  
 
After moving to the Pacific Northwest, I made a similar set up with a GC guy here and bought a lot, but nothing like in California.  This guy did even better than making manager, he got a job at Apple Music - LOL.
