Just recently noticed that video files (either those on my computer or YouTube videos) do not play if I have Sonar opened or I have just closed out of a Sonar session. I was trying to open up some of the YouTube help videos on comping and they wouldn't run. I than checked some video files I had stored on my computer and they were playing in very slow motion.  If I shut down/restart the computer everything is fine. Could this be something with the new Windows update?
