I got a response to my report about the CL not working occasionally as a preset.
That was hopeful, however, they asked a question on the page the email sent me to, but there was no way to respond on it.
I then tried to reply to the email notice and got a "can't deliver" message.

They need WAY too much info.
Friggin pages of it.

Short of email or calling them, I am out of ideas.
