All,
I have finished mixing and mastering 6 songs that I want to put on a CD for distribution.  How does Sonar X2 natively (if at all) handle setting up the songs, establishing the order, setting titles, crossfades, etc.?
I read that Sony CD Architect is a viable option for creating a CD but certainly there has to be a way in the native application to do the same tasks?

Thanks for any and all help.  Even if you could point me to the place in the users manual, that would be great.  My google searches have not yielded proper results

Nah, CD Architect is your best bet.

It's well worth the £100 or so that I paid for it.

Although, I do bring all my songs into a separate Sonar project, each on it's own track at full 32 bit undithered where I can set the order & whatever crossfades are needed

I then one burn one long wav file and only dither to 16 bit at this stage.

CD architect then does the rest, including adding titles etc.

Sonar can burn CD's but it cannot burn them to Red Book specs. CD Architect burns to red book specs. If you are getting the CD replicated, it needs to be burned to Red Book Specs. sonar cannot do this!

Thanks all for your reply.  Off to the music shop to buy CD Architect.  I have to get this project done in 2 days.
Have a great week and thanks again!
