Is Dim Solo designed to work (in X2a) with MIDI tracks? When I click on DIM and then solo a track, none of the other midi tracks are reduced in volume, even though I went into preferences and set DIM Solo at -18db. Hmmm....

You can Dim the audio channel of VSTi's the midi channels are feeding. I haven't done it but you should be able to put several Soft synths in a folder and dim solo the folder.
