when I try to load a track template only the first track loads and the other 2 won't load and then there is no sound when I play the keys. Will restart computer and check if it happens again.

You;ll need to be a little more specific about what you are trying to do.
 
First thing I'd do is set up the tracks again, make sure everything is working and then re-save as a template. Make sure all the tracks you want included are selected.

rebuilt the track template which consists of a single instance of each synth: dune be, studio instruments string section and synth 1.
 
set sound levels and file export track template created a new folder hit save still when I load it the first synth loads the last 2 don't and hitting the  keys gives no sound even after I redo hitting input echo to make the a go away and I hit solo and open the gui on the synth midi channel is omni as well. 
 
Think I have found a bug

since you are exporting a track template make sure you hold down the ctrl key and select each track by clicking on the track number before exporting. the number should turn blue.
 
the other way is to use "save as" then from the drop down "save as type" pick template. this saves a project template.

Yeah. it sounds like you don't have all tracks you want included in the track template selected.
 
The allows to create templates of specific tracks in large project without making the whole project a big track template.. :)
