Hi everyone

Haven't posted in a while....maybe because everything's been running just dandy lately.

Had a small problem with my Zoom recorder files.  I had recorded a live show and then wanted to do some clipping and compression with the file in Sonar X2.  When I dragged the wave file from my SD card (via card reader) to the beginning of an empty track, it inserted it, but way over at measure 957 or something.  I had to grab the clip and drag it all the way back.  Same thing happened when I put the Now Time at 1, and used Import Audio...

The wave file itself is 24-bit, 44.1, and plays right away in VLC - seems fine then.

Is there something on the wave file to set so it imports properly into Sonar?  Or something to set in Sonar?

Thanks guys

It sounds like they are time stamped. In Preferences/ file/ audio data/ uncheck (always import broadcast wave at their time stamp).
