Situation:  Two effects in the FX bin.  Click on (say) the bottom one.  GUI for top one opens up!  Repeat, correct one opens. Close and reopen project, bug reappears.  At first I thought I'd not been accurate with my mouse, but no.  I've recreated this many times.  I can't figure why I've never encountered this before.  Has anyone else seen this?
