Only for full versions. Not for the version in Sonar. At least I think so.

I logged in on Celemony's site and don't see an update. Then I opened Melodyne and clicked on check for updates. It says I have the latest version.

I logged into my account at Celemony and could not see any version number referenced anywhere on the page. I did create a download file. It was 4.04.004 which is newer than what I had installed, 4.04.001. I do not believe the update checker reports the point releases.
 
Since there is only one set files used for all flavors of Melodyne 4, this update should be available at everyone's Celemony account.
