Lounge Lizard upgrade I think is still $49 this month.  This is another flooded market of late. I wonder if anyone has ever bothered to check the patches of EPs on their arsenal of soft synths.

And that Waves one isn't half bad.

That was me. ) So many nice and great EP sounds in AK, ST3, Rapture Pro, Velvet, XPand!2, Digital Synsation, LL-4 Session that yet another EP isn't a necessity.

I really like the sound of the Waves Electric 88. Lots of tweaking can be done but still simple. Might give that a try instead of going Lounge Lizard full from Session. Save $20 also.

For the classic Rhodes and Wurlitzer I use Scarbee Vintage Keys (part of Komplete) mostly. I usually just select the DI preset and put Overloud's VKFX in Sonar's FX bin. VKFX is a great suite of effects tailored to vintage EP sounds. But I prefer the Sampletekk Clavinet and Pianet to the Scarbee versions of these keyboards. I also use Hollow Sun’s RMI and CP70.

Most synth EP patches don’t sound that convincing to me. The physically modelled stuff (Lounge Lizard, Arturia V Collection) is decent but the above are my gotos.
