I'm upgrading to X2 Producer from X1 Producer Expanded and haven't yet installed Dimension Pro. They are both version 1.5. Is there any difference between them or the samples that would be a reason to uninstall the older one and install the new one?

Not sure, but I think there is a trick to installing DIM PRO again... check with support... if it goes wrong you will be in REGEDIT to fix it.

To that point, I can't believe that the bakers haven't worked this out yet.. like a clean uninstall so you can install again if something goes bad.

No, there is no difference. You should skip the install if you already have v1.5 installed.
