Well I didn't drown but it was close. I watched the national news talk about some swimmer lying and other stuff but not much on what's happening in south Louisiana. The National Guard was a big help!!! I saved my DAW and guitars. I asked Jim Roseberry to tell yall I made it out but I guess he was too busy. It turned out to b a 1000 year flood. It followed the 100 year flood by 6 months  The devastation is incredible and will take years to get back to normal. Most everyone lost everything they own and have no insurance. Since I sound like a duck now I was careful not to speak. Lots of shotguns around here! I Am home now. With my dog. I Am tired.      good nite

Bill, it's time to relocate to Denver. Your state is just plain dangerous to anything that doesn't have fins.

I second the notion to move Bill.

Very good to hear you're ok Bill (and luckily, your gear isn't damaged). Florida is nice throughout the year (no state income tax either).....move to higher ground brother.

Yeah, but FL also has both micro flying teeth AND mosquitoes big enough to stand flat-footed and mate with turkeys.
