There's some truth to this.  Extroverts can be accused unjustly of being narcissistic and egocentric.  Truth be told, they just lack the capacity for introspection, no?  I believe the clinical word is histrionicism.  OTOH introverts can be way to engrossed with their own selves, can't they?  I learned along time ago from yoda that there must be balance in everything.  :D:D
