All this talk about the Slate VCC pushed me over the edge and I bought it since the price is so attractive.
After an hour of boxing with the iLok.com website, I finally came to the realization that any web browser other than Internet Explorer is a waste of time when trying to authorize a piece of software to run with the iLok.
So basically what I've done in the past year is to duplicate just about everything SONAR has to offer in the ProChannel line with 3rd party VSTs that I can use in any of my three DAW programs. Cakewalk could very well had the sale if they would simply release them in VST.
