  • No Overloud Authorization!

I know I have read on here about Overloud taking it's sweet time to send an e-mail to register the full version. I bought the upgrade today about 11 a.m. It is now 1:49 p.m. and I still have no authorization that my account was set up. Anybody offering some advice? I got my downloads and the serial number, I set up my account. I have no account notification from Overloud.

I don't know what to tell you. It took no time at all for me to register TH2. I got the rtf file from Cakewalk. The serial number showed up in my Cakewalk store account a few minutes later along with an email from CW with the serial number. Created an account at Overloud. Downloaded the software from Overloud. Ran TH2 and authenticated over the net. It almost took longer to type this message. I guess you are using the offline authentication method.

No,scook. I am using the register on this computer online method. It's 7:15 p.m. here and I still have nothing. Cake sent me an automated response. I'll give it until tomorrow I guess and see if I get anything.

Sorry to hear that. I have had three separate instances of CW/Overloud purchases without incident, lucky I guess. I am sure that Cake will get it sorted out, it is a drag having to wait for licenses.

seeing its Friday, youll have to wait till Monday to get any phone support from either one, cake or OL
