I love yakking with kids and autistic children. It was one of the highlights in a week of a bunch of autistic kids at UCSB for the Speech Department. They kept doing their "experiments" (what a joke!), and could not get any kid's attention ... but I was having googgagga and booboojaboo conversations with the kids, and they loved it. It helped that I also roled around on the floor and you could see that in their smiles!
 
You know ... us theater folks ... we're crazy inside. But having fun with kids? No problem! To this day!!!!!!
